Primark Haulin'

Hands up, I went into Primark and had a bit of a splurge the other week, when I should have really saved the money. In all fairness though, I haven't been into Primark for a while, especially when winter is now on its way out and we're finally seeing the sun set at six rather than half four!

I had a week off work recently and of course it's no week off without a little shopping eh? But definitely couldn't afford the prices of Topshop, as much as I love that place, I always seem to feel bad for my poor bank balance as I put my card into the machine, even though I've only bought a pair of jeans and a couple of T-shirts.
So after watching various Youtubers showcasing their new Primark items (such as: Patricia Bright), I knew I had to get down there and see what I could pick up!

All of the items below came to around £60, I also bought necessities like cotton pads and some basic underwear (that I don't think you'd be all that interested in!)
Black floral structured T-shirt - £10

Black T- Shirt - £3
Silver spike drop necklace - £4
Aztec necklace - £4
(Not the best picture!)

Mint blue faux leather pencil skirt - £10

Leopard print skort - £10
(Has a matching blazer which I regret not buying.)

Acid wash denim shorts - £10

Okay, these aren't from Primark, but I just had too! These babies are from H&M and only cost £12.99! WHAT A BARGAIN! I was looking at a pair in Topshop, exactly the same, for over double the price!

It's quite obvious that Primark have got the summer of 2014 trend down to a T! Even though their prices have slightly increased a bit, but still so affordable! I would definitely recommend you to go for a good wander!

Have you been into Primark recently?

If so, how do you like their take on SS14?

Until next time,

xx

My top 10 ever films.

Everyone loves a good movie; whether it be a chick flick, a thriller that has you screaming at the TV or a good old tearjerker to cry and eat chocolate too.

However, whoever tells you that they have that one all time favourite film, is lying...I mean how can you just have one favourite film when there is such a variety of genres and story lines.

Or is it just me being indecisive?

I always love it when a friend recommends me a film and it turns out to be one of those films that you just always have to watch whenever it is on. (read: 10 things I hate about you.)

So, I've decided to compose a list of my 10 all time favourite films. It was a struggle, i'll tell you that.

They're not ranked at all, it was literally the process of each film coming into my brain and me typing it out.

1. Coyote Ugly.
2. Father of the Bride I & II.
3. Bring It On.
4. Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
5. Just go with it. - "Aw, it's like Barbie and...Grandpa Ken!"
6. Practical Magic.
7. Mrs Doubtfire.
8. Sex and the City (Both films) - Who doesn't want to be Carrie Bradshaw?!
9. Footloose (2011 remake)
10. Tangled.

There you have it, my top 10 films ever (maybe ignoring the fact I doubled up on 2 and 8, but Shh!) If you haven't seen any of them, please do watch them and let me know what you think?

But before I go!

I'm just going to recommend another film (or two) that just missed a top spot, just because they're new and I haven't watched them numerous of times like I have the above films.

- Endless Love (2013 remake) - Just the cutest love story ever! But does make you feel slightly shit if you're single. But, Alex Pettyfer is a main character, so there's no complaining!

- About Time -  Typical British Romcom, with plenty of rain, tube station scenes and British accents that even I'm jealous of!!

Okay I'm done!

I would love to hear what your top films are? Or have you got similar ones to me?
